About

West Auckland born, Waitakere Ranges nurtured, and my heart anchored in the mighty Waikato – I’m Michelle Rohleder, and I'm thrilled to embark on this journey with you.

A nurse by heart and advocate by nature, I began my career in nursing in the UK in 1983, where I gained a deep understanding of the importance of care and compassion.

My values

Over the last four decades, I have upheld the values of equity, empathy, best practice, and integrity that I learned as a registered nurse. These principles have guided both my personal and professional life, and with these values at the forefront of my mind, I am driven to make a positive difference in the lives of those I interact with.

How I can help

Helping individuals and their families plan for future health care by developing a personalised care plan is a vital and incredibly rewarding part of my work. It ensures their wishes are respected when they can't express themselves.

Knowledge & mentorship can lead to positive change

I have seen first-hand how knowledge and mentorship can lead to positive change. I excel in building relationships, even when individual needs differ because I believe in the power of collaboration and mutual support. I am equally comfortable supporting senior management in deploying effective strategies or leading and managing transformative programmes.

In my professional practice, I use a range of tools and frameworks to help people achieve their goals. For example, for healthcare professionals, I provide professional supervision to help them grow and reflect in a safe environment.
